Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-800-480-D
Based on observation, equipment used by children was not used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
Evidence: Two children were observed sitting in high chairs eating a morning snack. The children were not buckled into the seats.
Plan of Correction: They don't usually sit in those chairs, they're usually used for the babies. We didn't buckle them because they don't need the buckles because they're big. We will start buckling them.
