This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was conducted on August 24, 2021 at the new home of the provider. The home, outside, materials and supplies were reviewed. Emergency supplies and procedures were discussed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
