Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was conducted on August 22, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 11:00 AM and ended at 12:10 PM. There were 2 caregivers with 3 children in 1 room at the time of the visit. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspections determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
