Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 25, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:35am and ended at 11:59am.
There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 17. The inspector reviewed 7 children's records and 2 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program
Violations
1Records for Child #2, #5 and #6 did not have written parent authorization for diaper ointment. Child #2 and Child #6 have been in care for over 5 months, and Child #5 has been in care for over 7 months without parent authorization to apply diaper ointment.
