During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was initiated and conducted on September 24, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 am and ended at 11:59am.
There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed seven (7) children's records and two (2) caregivers records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, observations and interviews. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
