During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on August 26, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 11:32am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three children present and two caregivers; the point total was 7. The inspector reviewed three children's records, and five caregivers/household members records on-site. This inspection included tour of the facility, document review, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
