Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site non-monitoring inspection was completed on 12/9/2025, as a part of the licensure period to determine the request to increase capacity. The on-site inspection began at 11:15 am and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The provider is using 2 areas in the lower level of the home, there is ample space for the increase to 12 children as noted in the Special Permit.. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
