An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on December 17, 2025 and completed on December 19, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 7:48 am and ended at 8:17 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present with 1 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records This inspection included document review; tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
