Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection with the provider on January 10, 2022 beginning at 10:30 AM and ending at 12:00 PM. There were five children in the care of the provider during the inspection. The children's ages were 19 months, 4, 4, 4, and 4 years old for a total of 11 points. The children were observed interacting with the provider, coloring, and watching an educational tv show. Three children's records and three household records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as December 6, 2021. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as June 6, 2021. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio were reviewed and in compliance.
