Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on January 6, 2023 from 10:35 AM to 11:55 AM in conjunction with a licensing renewal inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 8/15/2022. The provider's record was reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR.
