Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 5/13/2024 between the hours of 10:25am through 11:10am. There were a total of 5 children present, ranging in age from 15 months to 3 years old (12 points), with the Provider. A total of 5 children?s files, 1 staff file, and 2 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: reading books and coloring. Positive interactions between the provider and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials and toys. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
