Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/10/2024 from 11:10am-12:50pm. At the time of entrance, 10 children were in care with 2 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 2 staff records. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition Children were observed playing outdoors on the playground, washing hands and eating an afternoon snack, and settling onto cots for rest time. Restroom procedures and table sanitizing were also observed. Medication administration was not observed. The program is not currently administering medication to the children in care. The school nurse would normally store and administer medication if it were necessary. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
