Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/26/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review and interview, the provider did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.

Evidence:
1. On 4/26/2023, at approximately 1:23 pm, there were 7 children in care. There was no daily attendance completed for this day.
2. The attendance sheet shown to the inspector also did not have daily attendance completed for Monday, April 24, and Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
3. The provider documented the attendance of all children in care for Wednesday, April 26, 2023, during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: I corrected it immediately.
