Inspector Notes

A self-reported investigation concerning forbidden actions was initiated on 7/6/2023, from a report received by the Fairfax County Licensing office on 7/6/2023. The investigation was conducted on 7/12/2023, in the morning between 10:15 am and 11:50 am, and completed on 7/19/2023. The investigation included interviews with the provider and caregivers. The home, 1 child record, 4 caregiver records, and policies were inspected. Based on the preponderance of evidence gathered, there were no violations were cited.
