Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/27/2024 from 9:26 am to 10:00 am. There were 2 children supervised by 1 direct caregivers. The home, 1 caregivers records, 2 children?s records, 1 household member record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed in tabletop activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
