Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/13/2022. The provider and two other caregivers were present with 7 children, a total of 31 points.
Observed lunch and play time. The children bring lunch from home. Lots of interaction between children and caregivers. The space is set up for caring for infants and young toddlers and the provider has lots of toys and materials to explore. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary. Based on the review of children's records, the provider failed to have all the information needed to make the file complete.
Evidence: Based on the review of three children's files the following information was missing:
Child 2 is missing a second emergency contact and the parents work location.
Child 3 is missing a second emergency contact.
Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents for the information.
