Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00 to 10:55. The provider had 10 children in care at the time of the inspection. A total of 36 points. There were 3 caregivers caring for the children during the inspection. Children were observed napping, playing , waking up, diaper changing and lunch. The provider has lots of space for the infants and toddler she cares for and lots of age appropriate supplies for the children to explore. Interaction between the children and caregivers were observed at the time of the inspection. Discussed the possibility of becoming a subsidy provider as well as training opportunities. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary, The inspector reviewed 4 children's records and 3 staff records. 3Evidence: reviewed 4 children's records. Child 1, Child 2 and Child 3 are missing the physical examination and they have all been in care for more than 30 days.
Evidence: The assistant, Staff B is missing a TB screening.
Evidence: Interview with the caregiver and review of the training records indicates that the assistant, Staff B is missing 16 hours of training in the last year.
