Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/8/24 from 12:50 to 1:45. The provider had 8 children present with 2 caregivers, a total of 27 points. During the inspection the children were napping. The children bring food from home . The provider cares for infants and toddler and she has lots of supplies for this age group. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection report.
