During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 4/1/25 and completed on the same day, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 14025 and ended at 11:15. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 34 The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site.
Lead inspection has been conducted.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-570-A
The provider shall ensure that each caretaker does not exceed 16 points, by using the point system.

On the day of the inspection the providers point total for children in care was 34, to points more than allowed.
Plan of Correction: One of the children are moving to my sisters childcare i had planned on moving hime in 2 weeks but will have him start next Monday so I will be within my points.

A child's record shall have two emergency contacts.

One child, child 1, out of 4 children's records revied was missing a second emergency contact.
