Inspector Notes

An inspection was conducted today between 2:45pm and 4:00pm regarding a complaint that was received in our office concerning nutrition, the centers policies and procedures, and diaper changing. After interviewing staff, reviewing the centers policies and procedures, and review of the electronic daily sheets the preponderance of evidence supports part of the allegations. The complaint is valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Any questions regarding this inspection contact Nancy.radcliffe@doe.virginia.gov or call 703-268-3728.
