An investigation was initiated on July 8, 2024 regarding a complaint received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on July 3, 2024 alleging staff weren't qualified, for their positions, inconsistency of care and physical space. Staff were interviewed, records reviewed and physical space was inspected. The information gathered during this inspection does not support the allegations that the center was out of compliance with certain standards. The complaint is deemed not valid.
