An unannounced, on-site monitoring/focused inspection was initiated and completed on September 19, 2024 as a part of probation licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:45am and ended at 10:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 48 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children's records and 7 staff records [n-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations.
