Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on November 19,2024, as a part of probation licensure period. As authorized by ? 22.1-289. 023 .B .1 of the Code of Virginia, place the licensee on probation for a period of six (6) months; and 2.As required by?? 22.1-289.01l.F, 22.1-289.023.A of the Code of Virginia, and8VAC20-820-120-E-6, General Procedures and Information for Licensure, the licensee shall post (i) the Notice of Intent dated May 15, 2024, (ii) any Violation Notice(s) attached to the Notice of Intent, and (iii) this Special Order in a prominent place at each public entrance of the licensed premises of Winwood Children's Center-856, 18792 Upper Meadow Drive, Lansdowne, Virginia 20176 for a period of twelve (12) months. The on-site inspection began at 12:00pm and ended at 12:45 This inspection included document review and tour of the facility. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
