Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 25, 2022 beginning at 12:15 p.m. by phone call. There were two children in care ranging in age from 16 months through two years old for a total of five points with one staff. Children were having lunch during the inspection. Lunch today was beef hotdogs, grapes, sweet potato fries, baked beans and milk. After lunch, children washed hands and prepared for rest time.
Two children's records and one staff record were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
