Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 01/30/2025 and completed on 02/03/205. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 AM and ended at 12:15 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 76 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records, and 7 staff on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

In the toddler classroom, the cleaning solution and sanitizing solution were in a cabinet with a lock that did not prevent entry.
Plan of Correction: The administration will replace the lock with one that prevents entry to the hazardous substances.
