Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/14/2022. There were 5 children, ages 13 months ? 3 years, totaling 12 points and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records and 1 household member?s records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time, handwashing and lunch time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:30am and departed at 11:56am.

Discussion on standards related fire safety and shock protection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.

Based on observation and discussion, the provider failed to review the emergency plan at least annually and update the plan as needed.

Evidence: The emergency plan was dated 9/3/2021 and on the day of the inspection did not have an annual update documented.
Plan of Correction: Provider will update emergency plan annually.
