Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/30/2023 from 10:40 am to 12:40 pm. Three children, ages six weeks to four years (total of eight points) were in care with two caregivers. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s records, two provider records, and other program records. The children were observed playing and having lunch.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
