Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This onsite visit was conducted on August 23, 2022 from 12:45 a.m. through 1:45 p.m. There were 35 children in the care of 8 children. No medications were being administered during this visit. Four children and four staff records were reviewed and update. No violations were found during this inspection.
