Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 23, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 12:45 pm through 1:45 pm. Upon arrival, there were 35 children 8 staff supervising. Four children records and four staff records were reviewed and updated.

A code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
