Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 9/19/2023 from 6:40am through 7:20am. There were 8 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, programming, menus, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, 3 medications, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed building with Legos, playing with a dollhouse, and playing board games. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. All staff present had current CPR/First Aid certification, 2 staff had Medication Administration Training, and 3 staff had Daily Health Observation Training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
