Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 3/25/2024 from 3:40pm through 4:15pm. There were 30 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, programming, menus, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 4 medications, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed coloring, doing homework and having snack which consisted of goldfish and yogurt. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials for the children and the center was clean and organized. There was an adequate number of CPR/First Aid, Daily Health Observation, and MAT trained staff on site at the time of inspection. No violations were found during this inspection.
