Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 9/27/2023 from 4:30pm through 5:00pm. There were 29 children directly supervised by 2 staff. Off site staff file review was conducted 10/11/2023 from 11:00am through 1:15pm. The physical plant, programming, menus, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 medications, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed cleaning up their stations and lining up to go outside. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials for the children and the center was clean and organized. Both staff on site had current CPR/First Aid certification and one staff had current Daily Health Observation, and Medication Administration Training. No violations were cited during this inspection.
