Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 4/26/2023 and concluded on 4/26/2023. There were 80 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5 years, with 11 staff directly supervising and 6 rovers in the hallway. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 3 children and 5 staff records were reviewed.
