Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on May 13, 2024. There were 73 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5 years, with 14 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 3 children and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
The facility is reminded that a complete renewal application must be submitted prior to expiration of the license on July 30, 2024. Renewal applications should be submitted through the online portal available on the public website at childcareva.com.
