Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
A subsidy health and safety inspection conducted on 06/08/2022. There were no children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records, 1 caregiver records, 1 household member and 3 pet records were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: immunizations, evening care, diapering, nutrition, and caring for children with special needs. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:00 am and departed the family day home at 12:00 pm.

A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
