Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/05/2022. There were 3 children, ages 6 years-9 years, totaling 3 points and 1 caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, 1 household member records and 1 pet record were reviewed. The children were observed arriving to the program, having an afternoon snack and in television time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 3:00 pm and departed at 4:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
