Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/11/2024. There was one 7 year old child, totaling 1 point, and one caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, care of children, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, 1 household member, and 2 pet records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:30 am and departed at 12:20 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
