Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/12/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:35 pm and ended at 1:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 caregiver onsite. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, and 2 pet records.

The inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Caregivers shall obtain a minimum of 16 hours of training annually.

Caregiver 1 obtained a total of 7 training hours in 2024.
Plan of Correction: Will do a total of 16 hours this year.
Standard 8VAC20-800-460-C
Dogs shall be vaccinated for rabies.

The rabies vaccination for Pet 2 was overdue by 4 weeks.
Plan of Correction: Will make an appointment.
