Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A code compliance inspection was initiated on September 29, 2021 and concluded on October 8, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were three children present, ranging in ages from three to four years of age with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of two children?s records and two staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
