Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/11/2024 from approximately 10:55 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. There were 131 children present ranging from 3 months old to 5 years old and 20 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. Ten child (10) records and eleven (11) staff records were reviewed. No violations of the Standards for Licensed Child Day Centers noted.
