An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/11/2025 and completed on 04/01/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/19/2025 relating to allegations of Programs and Staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations .

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
