Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on January 17, 2023. The inspector arrived at 12:25pm and departed at approximately 1:45pm. There were nine children present and three staff members. A sample size of ten records were reviewed which included five children?s records and five staff records. The Inspector observed staff and children?s interactions throughout the inspection. Children were observed during naptime. First aid kits and emergency preparedness documents were observed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
