Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 23, 2024 from 10:30 a.m.through 11:40 a.m. Upon arrival, there were 52 children, ages 2 through 5, in the care of 8 staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
