Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 27, 2023 with the center director. The inspection began at approximately 10:15 am and concluded at 11:55 am. There were 25 children present, ranging in ages from 5months to 5 years, with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
