Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 9/7/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 8/28/2023 regarding allegations of allegiantly forbidden actions and special feeding needs. On 8/22/2023, the inspector was on site from approximately 11:00am until 12:30pm. Interviews with staff were completed, records were reviewed and observations were made. Tthe preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
