Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/26/2024 and completed on 7/26/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:53 a.m. and ended at 11:54 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 27 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed three children?s records, and three staff records on-site on 7/26/2024. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
