Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 5/12/2023 9:35 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. There were 23 children and 6 staff supervising. A monitoring inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards or laws. A violation was issued.
