Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 02/22/2024 from approximately 10:04 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. There were 40 children present ranging from seven months to five years old and five staff supervising. A renewal inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards or laws.
