An unannounced inspection was completed on 10/17/2024 with a local agencies, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/16/2024 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
