center did not document an allergy for C1 enrolled for 6 days.

The Center is required to ensure they have a menu listing foods to be served for meals and snacks during the current one-week period. Licensing inspector observed staff dividing up oatmeal sandwich cookies and serving them to multiple children. Additionally, staff gave several children crunchy snacks from one child?s lunch box. The menu posted did not list the provision of these foods to the children.
